The
Senis type CH3A miniature three axis magnetic
field to analog voltage transducers have an analog output
for each of the three components of the measured magnetic
field. They are available in two full scale magnetic field
ranges; 0.2T and 2.0T. They feature better than ±
1% absolute accuracy and a frequency response from dc
to 25kHz.
The transducer consists of two modules connected by a
flexible cable. The module 'E' contains all of the electronics
that process the signal from the module 'H' which contains
a single three-axis Hall IC with a very small active
volume. The unique feature of this Hall device is that
it measures all three components of the magnetic field
at a single point in space.
Typical applications for the CH3A include:
Magnet Field Mapping
Magnet Field Control
