to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Many faults can be diagnosed and corrected over
the phone. If you have not tried this, please contact
the most appropriate person on the list above, for
assistance.
If the fault can not be corrected with the help
of telephone support, please contact
for an RMA number. He will setup an
RMA and provide instructions on shipping, as well
as in some cases be able to give an estimate of
repairs before you return the product.

From SFO: Take 101 south from SFO and exit on Holly street.
Turn left onto Industrial road. GMW will be on the
left side after about ¾ths of a mile.
From SJC: Take 101 north from SJC and exit on Whipple
avenue. Turn right onto Industrial road. GMW will
be on the right side about 1 ½ miles up.

of America') in San Carlos. It is just off of 101
and easy to reach by car or taxi from either the
San Francisco or San Jose airports, and it is about
one mile from GMW. It features free high speed internet
and free continental breakfast. We can make reservations
for you, or you can make them yourself. If you choose
to make the reservations yourself, be sure to ask
for the GMW corporate rate.
